Absence of the vagina is one of the most brutal anomalies of the female genital organs, In patients with this anomaly, their minimum requirement is to enjoy a sitisfactory sexual life. Author present here two cases of congenital vaginal agenesis
that
were treated successfully with the surgical reconstruction of artificial vagina with split thickness skin graft.
